One of the priorities of GESGO is to form professional human capital in the field of security services in Azerbaijan, improvement of the Company's human resources, to identify the occupational needs of the employees and organization of professional development according to dynamic-changing service conditions.
In order to achieve these goals, GESCO established its Training and Learning Center in 2009.
