Continuous training of personnel is one of the crucial conditions for the security service to be up-to-date and at high quality.
One of the priorities of GESGO's activities is to form professional human capital in the field of protection service in Azerbaijan, to improve the company's existing human resources, to identify the professional needs of the employees and to arrange their refinement in line with dynamic changing conditions.
Taking into account the necessity to achieve these goals, GESCO established its Training and Learning Center in 2009. Particular emphasis is placed on staff training in the center for the development of staffing capacity in line with the modern requirements, with a long-term experience in relevant fields and selection of academics.
The training center is based on a special curriculum designed to improve the level of professionalism and service quality of employees, and to formulate and develop their professional skills.
Training at the Center is carried out within the 140-hour curriculum covered by the following subjects:
- Special preparation;
- legal training;
- medical preparation;
- Physical training (self-defense);
- psychological preparation;
- Fire Prevention;
- Foreign language (English);
- Informatics (initial concepts);
- technical means and equipment;
- Practical trainings from special training;
- Humanitarian training.
The level of appropriateness of the graduated students' knowledge of the program is checked through the test and abilities test. Successful graduates will be awarded with relevant certificates.
